Kathmandu, Dec 14: “Gantabya Ganabahal’, a collection of stories penned by literary figure Govinda Giri ‘Prerana’ has been launched amid a programme here today.
Published by Sajha Publication, the book was jointly released by Publication’s General Manager Dolendra Prasad Sharma, litterateurs Dr Dayaram Shrestha, Ashesh Malla, Shreeom Rodan and the book's writer Giri himself.
Offering a brief synopsis of the story book, Publication’s General Manager Sharma said that writer Giri had contributed significantly for the upliftment of Nepali literature and language.
“Although I am residing in the United States, I will always continue my Nepali literary journey,” pledged Giri.
Giri has already penned 22 books in various genres of literature, including novel, poem and the like. RSS
