Janakpur, Dec 15: President Bidya Devi Bhandari will be arriving here to observe the historic Bibaha Panchami Fair of Mithila on Wednesday.
Coinciding with the participation in the Bibaha (Wedding) Panchami, President Bhandari will also visit the historic Janaki Mandir during which she will participate in offering prayers and worship rituals at the religious shrine, said Dhanusha Chief District Officer, Kali Prasad Parajuli.
The Janaki Temple's main priest Ramatpeshwor Das Vaisnav will welcome the President after she arrives at the temple.
The President will be accompanied by Indian Ambassador to Nepal Ranjit Rae, Chief of Army Staff Rajendra Chhetri and other dignitaries. If weather permits, the President and her entourage will arrive between 11 am to 3 pm. RSS
