Ratnanagar (Chitwan), Dec 16: Six people were injured in a head-on collision between a bus and tractor in Ratnanagar of Chitwan this morning.
The accident took place when a bus (Na. 5 Kha. 1010) en route to Birgunj from Narayagadh collided with a tractor (Na.5 Ta. 4322) coming from the opposite direction.
Five people travelling on the bus and the tractor driver were injured in the accident that took place at around 5:45 this morning, according to District Police Office, Chitwan. The injured are undergoing treatment at Bharatpur.
The reason behind the accident is not yet known, and an investigation is underway, police said. RSS
