Kanchanpur, Dec 16: A man was killed when a tractor (Se 1 Ta 4717) met with an accident at Bhimdatta Municipality-11 near Bhujela Bridge in the district today.
The driver Birkhe Khuna, 25, of Bedkot Municipality-3 breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Mahakali Zonal Hospital, according to the District Police Office.
Khuna's helper Santosh Bhandari was seriously injured in the accident and has been referred to India for further treatment, police said.
The tractor met with the accident due to over speed, it is learnt. RSS
