Khotang, March 16: A total of 82 people underwent eye surgery at a free eye camp organised in Khotang district.
The camp was jointly organised by the Chaudhary Eye Hospital, Lahan, the Khotang District Hospital, and Netra Jyoti Sangh. A total of 34 people underwent eye surgery on the first day while 48 on the second day of the camp, said Secretary of the Nepal Netrajyoti Sangh, Khotang, Indra Kasaju.
A total of 746 people underwent eye check up and medicines were distributed to them in the camp ogranised on Monday and Tuesday, said Kasaju.
A team comprising 10 health workers led by Ganesh Niraula from Lahan provided the services to the people. RSS
